PatraLekhan Pro will be offered in three billing cycles:
All Pro plans unlock AI-enhanced document generation, DOCX export, voice assistant, digital signature, stamp paper simulation, custom letterhead, bulk generation, and custom template editing.
All Pro subscriptions come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with PatraLekhan Pro for any reason within the first 30 days of your subscription, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund within the 30-day window:
We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
After the 30-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid billing period.
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation:
If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you at your registered email address. You will have a 7-day grace period to update your payment method before your subscription is downgraded to the Free plan.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any price change and will be given the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
PatraLekhan Pro uses your own AI API keys (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) for AI-enhanced features. API usage costs charged by those third-party providers are separate from your PatraLekhan subscription and are not refundable by us. Please monitor your API usage on your respective AI provider's dashboard.
