PatraLekhan provides a completely free browser-based tool to help users draft formal letters and legal documents in 52 languages. All 79 letter types and 18 legal document templates are available to everyone at no charge, with no signup required and no usage limits.
You agree to use PatraLekhan only for lawful purposes. You must not use the service to generate fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful content. The letters generated are templates — you are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit and the letters you send.
Ownership: The PatraLekhan application, including but not limited to its source code, design, user interface, letter templates, translations (52 languages), algorithms, database structure, and all associated intellectual property are proprietary to Elysi Archive and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws, including:
Trademark: "PatraLekhan" and the PatraLekhan logo are trademarks of Elysi Archive. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
Prohibited Actions: You may NOT:
User-Generated Content: The letters and documents you create using your own input data belong to you. However, the underlying templates, format, structure, and presentation remain the exclusive property of Elysi Archive.
Enforcement & Legal Action: Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in:
Elysi Archive actively monitors for unauthorized use and will pursue all legal remedies available to protect our intellectual property rights.
PatraLekhan is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that letters generated will be legally sufficient for your specific situation. Letters are templates and should be reviewed and customized as needed. For legal matters, please consult a qualified legal professional.
Elysi Archive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of PatraLekhan, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Your use of PatraLekhan is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your personal data. All letter generation happens locally in your browser.
PatraLekhan may introduce optional paid features in the future. If paid features are added, subscription terms, pricing, and a refund policy will be communicated clearly. The core free functionality will remain available.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to PatraLekhan at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top indicates when the terms were last modified. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and you hereby irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elysi Archive regarding the use of PatraLekhan.
